The lupine can be different many colors such as violet, blue, purple, white,yellow and red.It is also fuzzy.
Lupines are found in hillsides,near the freeway and pastures.Lupines have alkaloids that are poisonus to humans and cattle,but if you cook it, it's okay to eat.That is what the Native Americans used for some food. Lupines can go up to two feet tall.If you put lupines in tea it will clear a sore throat
